Once summer hits, Milwaukee comes out of hibernation and heads outside. Milwaukeeans love getting as much out of the short summer season as possible. We want to enjoy summer along with everyone, which is why we are celebrating summer at the July Milwaukee Makers Market. Here is what the Milwaukee Makers Market team loves about summer in Milwaukee.

Ryan, Coordinator: I love Milwaukee parks. Its community, family, beer gardens, and beautiful nature. It really makes Milwaukee great during the summer!

Marissa, Assistant Coordinator: On top of all the music festivals, there are farmers markets, baseball games, concerts, and the fair! And if you’re looking for something a little quieter to do, there’s always a walk along the lakefront, or exploring a new corner of the city!

Hayley, Social Media Intern: I love the mix of nice weather and lots to do. I can leave my car at home to walk, bike, or bus everywhere and explore fun things along the way.

Celebrate summer with us at the next Milwaukee Makers Market on July 17 at Discovery World.

The Milwaukee Makers Market is such a fantastic way to kick off the summer season, offering a vibrant showcase of the city’s incredible local talent. It’s more than just a market; it’s a community celebration where you can find everything from handmade jewelry and ceramics to local honey and apothecary goods. Spending a sunny afternoon browsing the stalls and meeting the creators behind the crafts is the perfect way to support the local economy while soaking up the unique Milwaukee atmosphere.

When I take a break from exploring local community markets and summer events, I usually just check out truyen tranh since it’s simple and quick to use. It’s a great way to unwind!
